Senior Epidemiology Consultant – AMR Surveillance
Evaluating and contributing to AMR surveillance framework development and data standardization in Tunisia, improving global comparability and epidemiologic robustness.
Senior Epidemiology Consultant – Border Health & Surveillance
Led national assessments of disease surveillance systems at points of entry; evaluated data governance, reporting systems, and outbreak detection capacity against IHR (2005) core capacity frameworks.
Senior Consultant Epidemiologist
Led wastewater and environmental surveillance strategy for WHO HQ. Advised governments and donors on surveillance maturity, governance, and investment priorities.
Project Manager
Coordinated WHO's global consortium for early warning systems. Managed budget, workplans, and donor stakeholder engagement.
Senior Programme Officer – COVAX Data, Monitoring & Insights
Designed the Monitoring and Evaluation framework for the African Vaccine Manufacturing Accelerator (USD 2B / 10 years); led project management for the COVID-19 learning agenda.
Senior Regional Project Manager
Led One Health workforce development across West, Central, and East Africa. Built the One Health Workforce Academy and trained government counterparts in DRC, Kenya, Cameroon, and beyond.
Senior Consultant – Project Management
Delivered a national HIV/HCV/TB prison health program with the Directorate General of Prisons and Rehabilitation. Secured an additional USD 100,000 in donor funding.
Project Manager
Managed a $100M+ USAID PREDICT budget across 30+ countries. Supervised 20 staff and a $4M regional budget; co-discovered the 6th known Ebolavirus strain (Bombali virus) during the 2014 outbreak response.
